Delivery Coverage & Charges
We offer free standard delivery on orders of £250 or above within England, Wales, and Scotland only.
Orders below this value or deliveries outside these areas may be subject to delivery charges.
Delivery Arrangements
We aim to schedule deliveries at a time convenient for our customers. You will be contacted approximately 3 days before delivery to confirm the delivery date and time. On the delivery day, our drivers will call around 30 minutes before arrival.
An adult must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If you are unavailable, please inform us in advance to avoid additional charges.

Delivery Timeframes
- In-stock items: Typically delivered within 7–10 working days
- Orders containing multiple items will be delivered together once all items are available
- Urgent or special delivery requests may be discussed with our team by phone.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

All delivery schedules, estimated arrival times, and customer service hours operate according to:

Delivery time confirmations provided by our team will always follow UK local time.

On the Day of Delivery
If no one is available at the agreed delivery time, a failed delivery charge starting from £25 may apply.
Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance only. Our delivery team does not:
- Carry items upstairs
- Assemble furniture unless previously arranged
Any request to move items beyond the standard delivery point is done entirely at the customer’s risk.
